Plus our specially designed Case Studies will show you how to action each step and guide you through the pitching process... but don't jump ahead - you'll need the info in modules one through five to get you prepared!

What if I follow all the steps and still don't get media coverage?

Unfortunately, media coverage is never guaranteed - even for PR professionals that work in this space full-time! The news cycle is constantly shifting and changing, and very much depends on the breaking news of the day.

We recommend to continue practicing and using the strategies included in Create Your Own PR to develop your relationships with local media reps, so that when the next media opportunity comes along, you'll be ready to get your good news story front and centre!

How many hours every week should I schedule to get awesome results?

Create Your Own PR is a self-paced implementation program, meaning you can work as many or as little hours as your schedule allows.

A good rule of thumb would be an hour per week watching the lessons, and another one to two fleshing out the workbook action items over a period of six weeks.

You'll find that some modules you'll move through quickly, and others will take longer - while it's not compulsory, we DO recommend that you move through them in order, as each module builds on the next.
